WHAT WE DO

Hygiene Audit Ltd employ Veterinary staff and supply them to approved slaughterhouses, cutting plants, farmed and wild game facilities and co-located minced meat and meat product premises on behalf of the Meat Hygiene Service (MHS).

We employ Official Veterinary Surgeons (OVS’s) and Meat Inspectors to sites across the whole of the UK on an ongoing basis.
