TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

At Hygiene Audit Ltd we are committed to the personal development of all of our staff. We offer active training and development support for all staff. We recognise that CPD is vitally important to ensure ongoing job satisfaction for each and every member of our team. It is also important for our staff to continue their development to improve their skills.

We provide a thorough induction programme on commencement of employment and provide regular correspondence and meetings to ensure communication is fluid between ourselves at all times.

We obviously keep a breast of changes to legislation, practice and new/enhanced instructions and guidance to the Meat Hygiene Service Operational Manual are communicated to you.

A helpline is available to support front line staff whilst we provide ongoing support to teams/individuals whose performance needs improving. Regular visits and checks are made by Hygiene Audit operational managers which gives you an opportunity to discuss issues that affect you in the workplace.
